Badsahi Fish Roll with Gravy

Ingredients : Fish (Vetki) Fillay 8 Pcs (for 4 persons)
Onion-Ginger-Garlic Paste-4 Table spoon
Lemon Juice - 2 Table Spoon
Paneer Fresh - 150 Grams (smashed)
Green chilli - 3 to 5 (chopped)
Kaju - 10-12 pcs (chopped)
Kismis (Resin) - 10-12 pcs
TomaTo peuri - 3 Table spoon
Corriender Leaves (Fresh)
Turmeric Powder - 1 tea spoon,
Red chilli powder - 2 tea spoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tea spoon
Fresh Cream - 4 table spoon
Salt, Sugar, Oil Refined) - As per required.

Method : 1 Marinet the Vetki fillay with onion-ginger-garlic paste (11/2 tab : sp:), lemon juice (2 tab : sp :), salt (as per req :), -- for 20-30 minutes.
2. Mix the Paneer (smashed), Kaju, Kismis, chopped green chilly, sugar and salt (as per req), chopped corriander leaves.
3. Pour the mix into the marinated Vetki fillay - roll this fillay with the mix and shut the roll with a wooden toothpick in a side.
4. Dip fry the rolls and collect to a plate.
5. Now take 6-8 table spoon full oil - after heat - add onion-ginger-garlic paste - after fry (saute) - add turmeric powder (1 tea spoon), red chilli powder (2 tea spoon), tomato peuri (3 table spoon), sugar and salt (as per req.) - after fry (saute) - add some water and cook. Now the gravy is thicken and ready.
6. After removing the gravy, open the toothpick from the rolls and give the gravy on to the rolls.
7. Add some 'garam masalaa powder' and decorate with 'fresh cream and chopped corriander leaves'.
8. Now the Badsahi.
